Mr. Langone is the founder and, since 1974, has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Invemed Associates, LLC, a New York Stock Exchange firm engaged in investment banking and brokerage. He is a co-founder of The Home Depot, Inc. and was a director and member of the executive committee of its board for 30 years. He also serves on the boards of YUM Brands and Unifi, Inc.

In addition to his business affiliations, Mr. Langone's extensive philanthropic endeavors include serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the NYU Langone Medical Center. Mr. Langone is also the Chairman of the Promise Academy, a charter school in New York City, and serves on the boards of The Ronald McDonald House of NY, Robin Hood Foundation, CSIS, The Medal of Honor Foundation and the Harlem Children's Zone.

Kathryn (Katy) McCarthy has served as Chief Executive Officer since March 2013 and prior to that was Geeknet's Chief Financial Officer from January 2011. For 18 years prior to joining Geeknet, Inc., Kathryn was with GE, where she was named a Company Officer in 2003. As Vice President and CFO of GE Healthcare in London, UK, she partnered with the CEO to deliver global growth, reduce costs and support mergers and acquisitions and integration activities. As Vice President of the GE Audit Staff, she led global audits and reported frequently to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. Previously, she was CFO of GE Transportation Systems and held leadership positions within GE Plastics in Europe and the US. She graduated from the GE Financial Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Matthew C. Blank in a career spanning three decades, has made a significant and indelible mark on the cable television industry. Mr. Blank has been with Showtime since 1988, assuming the position of President and Chief Operating Officer in 1991, followed by President and CEO, and then Chairman and CEO in 1995. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Marketing, Showtime Networks Inc., where he oversaw all of the network's consumer marketing, creative services and public relations functions. Before joining Showtime, Mr. Blank worked for Home Box Office Inc. for 12 years, departing as Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing. In addition to his numerous accomplishments within the industry, Mr. Blank is a Trustee of the Harlem Children's Zone, is on the Board of Directors for the Creative Coalition, PENCIL (Public Education Needs Civic Involvement in Learning), and is a Trustee of the American Museum of the Moving Image. Mr. Blank is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, and he holds an M.B.A. from Baruch College.

Matt Carey is executive vice president and chief information officer for The Home Depot. He is responsible for all aspects of the information technology infrastructure, including communication networks and retail systems across the Company's 2,000-plus stores and store support centers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and China. Matt also is responsible for the Company's IT strategy, including the development and execution of technologies used in stores, online and in the supply chain.

Before joining The Home Depot in 2008, Matt served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at eBay. In that role, he was responsible for product development, site operations, electronic security, product planning, platform engineering, data warehousing, trust and safety, and catalog operations for eBay Marketplaces.

Prior to joining eBay in 2006, Matt spent more than 20 years with Wal- Mart, where he was senior vice president and chief technology officer. During his tenure at Wal-Mart, he managed the rollout of the wireless RF infrastructure, had responsibility for the company's Mainframe Large Systems and Data Warehouse, and led the implementation and integration of Walmart.com, Samsclub.com and the grocery home delivery business in the U.K. He also was responsible for implementing Goodlinks, which provided wireless real-time e-mail and calendaring functions.

Matt earned an associate's degree in information systems from Oklahoma State University – Okmulgee.

Mr. Coughlin spent a majority of his career with Wal-Mart, starting in 1978 in Wal-Mart's security division, rising to Vice Chairman and a member of the company's Board of Directors, stepping down in 2005. During his tenure at Wal-Mart, he held positions as Vice President Loss Prevention, Vice President Human Resources, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Sam's Club, Senior Vice President of Wal-Mart's Specialty Division, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Wal-Mart USA, and Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer Wal-Mart USA. He is widely recognized as a pioneer in leading the adoption of advanced information technologies, including RFID, to transform business processes and operational efficiency in retail. Tom holds a B.S. from Cal State East Bay.

Peter A. Georgescu is Chairman Emeritus of Young & Rubicam Inc., a network of preeminent commercial communications companies dedicated to helping clients build their businesses through the power of brands. He served as the company's Chairman and CEO from 1994 until January 2000.

Elected as the company's eighth CEO in 1994, Mr. Georgescu was the first chairman of Young & Rubicam Inc. born outside of the United States. His career spans 37 years and top management experience, both in the United States and Europe. Mr. Georgescu has been instrumental in developing the integrated communications strategy that has shaped the course of Young & Rubicam's development and become the standard for industry thinking. He has served as President of Y&R Advertising, as well as President of Young & Rubicam's former international Division.

Under Mr. Georgescu's leadership, Young & Rubicam successfully transformed from a private to a publicly held company. Also during his tenure, Young & Rubicam built the most extensive database on global branding and, from its findings, developed a proprietary model for diagnosing and managing brands. Within the marketing community, he is known as a leading proponent of creating unified communications programs, agency accountability for measuring the impact of communications programs, and structuring value-based agency compensation. In recognition of his contributions to the marketing and advertising industry, Mr. Georgescu was elected to the Advertising Hall of Fame in 2001.

Mr. Georgescu immigrated to the United States from Romania in 1954. He was educated at Exeter Academy, received his B.A. with cum laude honors from Princeton and an MBA from the Stanford Business School.

Mr. Georgescu's belief in the power of education has fueled his involvement with organizations such as A Better Chance and Polytechnic University, both of which he has served as a member of their Boards of Directors. The University of Alabama and Cornell College in Iowa have awarded Mr. Georgescu honorary doctorate degrees. Mr. Georgescu is also the recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Mr. Georgescu serves as a board member of several publicly registered companies, including Levi's and International Flavors & Fragrances. Previously, he has served on the Boards of Toys R Us, EMI Recorded Music and Briggs & Stratton. He is currently Vice Chairman of New York Presbyterian Hospital, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Sir Ronald has served as Chairman of International Stadia Group since January 2010. Previously he spent 44 years with Imperial Chemical Industries, where he joined the Board in 1985, became COO in 1991, CEO in 1993 and was Chairman from 1995-1999. In 1995 he was knighted in the New Year's Honours. He also held Non-Executive Director positions with Powell Duffryn PLC from 1983-1988, Commercial Union Plc from 1987-1995, BAE SYSTEMS plc from 1989-2002, Alcoa Inc from 1995-2005, and TI Automotive from 2007-2009. Additionally, he served as Advisory Director of Teijin (Japan) from 2000-2005, Chairman of United Business Media from 1999-2002 and Chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust from 2003-2007. Notably, Sir Ronald also served as Chairman of the UK Committee on Corporate Governance, established in 1995 by the Bank of England and others, and produced the Combined Code which is attached to the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Frank A. Riddick, III is currently the chief executive officer of JMC Steel. Most recently, he was a consultant for TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, a New York based private equity firm from May 2008 to August 2009. Mr. Riddick was president and chief executive officer of Formica Corporation from January 2002 to April 2008.

He also served as president and chief operating officer of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. from February 2000 to November 2001 where he also was chief executive officer of Triangle Pacific Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Armstrong. From March 1995 to February 2000, he was chief financial officer of Armstrong.

Mr. Riddick has previously served as controller of Chicago-based FMC Corporation. He joined FMC as treasurer in 1990.

Before joining FMC, Mr. Riddick was with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, where he held successive management positions in investment banking and treasury operations since 1987. His most recent position prior to joining FMC was as vice president of mergers and acquisitions.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics at Vanderbilt in 1978 and his Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 1980, he joined General Motors Corporation, where he held several positions, including director of new business development and investor relations. His last position with General Motors was as regional treasurer-Europe.

Mr. Riddick is a former member of the board of GrafTech International (NYSE:GTI). He is a member of the board of JMC Steel and a member of the board and chairman of the audit committee of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE). He also serves on the board of visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Frank and his wife Carol are the parents of three sons and live in Dallas, Texas.

Derek Smith is Chairman and CEO of the Institute of Global Prescience, an interdisciplinary non-profit research, education and service organization dedicated to the pursuit of prescience – foreknowledge that anticipates global events and trends that are yet unseen. The Institute seeks to harness the passion of individuals to anticipate issues through clue detection engines that identify inflection points in technological, financial and social systems.

Derek is also the Founder of the Myfifident Foundation, a private family foundation dedicated to creating a more connected, compassionate, and socially responsible society in our technology-driven world. Through the Foundation, Derek launched GivingPoint, a youth philanthropic initiative, which is designed to educate and inspire young people to find their civic passion and become actively engaged in their local communities.

Derek is the former Chairman and CEO of ChoicePoint Inc., a leading provider of decision-making technology and information and a recognized leader in corporate citizenship, information security and personal privacy protection. The company helped recover more than one thousand missing children. It created the first national background screening service for non-profit volunteers that identified more than 200,000 convicted criminals attempting to work with children – including 2,700 registered sex offenders. Additionally, ChoicePoint's philanthropic initiatives and employee volunteer efforts won the company recognition from groups as diverse as the US Department of Justice, the US Chamber of Commerce, and the Hands-on Network & Points of Light Institute.

Derek is the author of three books. In his newest publication, "A Purpose Under Heaven," he uses allegory to explore how technology has influenced and changed human relationships. He is also the author of two nonfiction works, "The Risk Revolution: The Threats Facing America and Technology's Promise for a Safer Tomorrow" and "A Survival Guide in the Information Age".

Derek serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Aquarium and Camp Twin Lakes. He also is a minority owner of the Atlanta Falcons. He is married and the father of two children.

Michael Solomon joined Geeknet's Board of Directors on July 10, 2010.

Mr. Solomon is Managing Principal of Gladwyne Partners, LLC, a private equity fund manager. Prior to founding Gladwyne Partners in July 1998, Mr. Solomon was affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. Mr. Solomon joined Lazard Freres in 1981 and became a Partner in 1983.
